“I have been to a number of sessions at the Learning Centre at the Treaty Relations Commission of Manitoba: each time I have been to the learning centre I have been very impressed with the detail they have to observing the traditional protocols of Aboriginal People which is very important as when the Treaties were being negotiated the Sacred Pipe was used to consult with our Ancestral Ways and tobacco came first.” ~Peter E.
